I can't say enough wonderful things about this company Williams IN Indiana Orange 47470. They weren't the first paleo meal delivery service I tried in Tampa but I'm so glad I found them and switched. The price of meals is completely reasonable and the food is delicious. Also, their customer service is outstanding and their response time is perfection Williams Orange 47470. If you're new to meal delivery or wanting to try another company, I highly recommend Naked Fit.

I'm so happy I found Naked Fit Foods! I love the food and it's so convenient! I've been doing the Paleo diet (3 meals per day for 5 days per week) for about 4 - 5 weeks and have lost 10 lbs! And I truly love the food. The only reason they don't have 5 stars is that you can't choose your meals, you can however give them 2 preferences - for example, mine are no fish or curry. On the flip side, it's actually broadening my tastes by trying new things I would never usually try. I tried another place similar for a week, one where you could choose the meals, and was disappointed in their meals...went right back to Naked Fit the following week. It's so nice to have a delicious and healthy meal ready in a matter of seconds when I get home from a long day. It has made me so much healthier and happier.

About a month ago, my wonderful girlfriend who doesn't need to lose a pound insisted on starting a diet.  Having heard her describe this diet to me, it did not sound like my cup-o-tea.  We normally cook dinner for each other every night and do our own thing for breakfasts and lunches to bring to work, so I suppose I could have kept going with the same routine and just had leftovers for lunch every day, but I figured it was a chance to shed some unwanted holiday weight, too. Naked Fitfoods advertised once or twice at Orangetheory Fitness, so I looked into them and a few other similar businesses.  Most of them have things in common - different meal plans such as balanced, protein heavy, vegetarian, etc - and a choice of 2-5 meals per day.  The thing about Naked FF though is the price - they are significantly cheaper than other plans, with the price per meal dropping based on how many meals you do.  So, for example, my first week I did the balanced/healthy meals, 3 per day, and it came out to about $8.60 per meal after tax.  The following weeks, I added a 4th meal and it came out to about $7.50 per meal.  Not bad, and certainly not much worse than what you'd spend grocery shopping for the week. Here's how it works - the first delivery the week you start (lets say your first meals are for Monday) - they will drop off a cooler bag outside your home (best if you have a patio, but they will leave it anywhere you tell them) with an ice pack and your meals Sunday night.  You empty the food trays and leave the bag and ice pack out front.  They will then bring a new ice pack each evening with your food.  Simple. You do pay an extra $10 for the cooler bag the first week, but its yours to keep.  And they only operate Monday's through Friday's, so you're on your own for the weekend (which are cheat days anyway, so who cares). Onto the important stuff.  How is the food?  Good. I won't call it gourmet or anything and sure, I miss my home cooked meals with Melissa, but I have never found a meal lacking for flavor, and in fact, it has gotten me eating things I otherwise didn't eat (broccoli, brussel sprouts, salmon).  However, you get some really good stuff.  For example, breakfast in the healthy balanced meals tends to switch each day with one day being an omelette or scramble with fruit and the next day a whole grain waffle or pancake with sausage or bacon.  Lunches and dinners are fish, roast beef, chicken, pork chops, etc.  One thing to keep in mind is the average calorie count of the meals in each plan.  As mentioned, I switched from 3 meals per day to 4 because the meals were 450 calories or so on average, and for an active person who burns 800-1000 calories per day running or in a class, I was sorely lacking in energy that first week - even with adding in apples and other fruit snacks.  Therefore, you have to plan based on your activity level.  However, when you add a 4th or 5th meal, you can add it from any plan, so I added mine from the paleo plan to avoid eating additional carbs. Customer service is a bit hit or miss.  On the one hand, everyone who works there is very friendly and accommodating.  On the other hand, things don't always get done.  For example, when I added the 4th meal, it took 3 days for the 4th meal to start showing up, and I was told it was because I put in the request on Friday and it takes a couple of days (even though I put my original order in on a Friday and had no problem getting my first delivery Sunday night).  Also, I started going no dairy last week, and while they got it right one day, the had dairy in the meals the next.  That said, in both cases, they gave me a discount on the purchase and made things right.  Point is, they may screw up, but they fix it. Finally, how do I feel?  Great!  That first week without the 4th meal and burning off all of the calories, I lost 4+ pounds.  Since then, it's been a trickle of 1-2 per week, but I feel great.  My energy levels are consistent throughout the day - no sugar highs or lows.  I feel healthier.  I still look like me, unfortunately, but at least I feel as good as I have in a long time. If you're tired of cooking and want to try to eat healthier and lose a few poundages, I would recommend NFF.  Who knows, maybe one day you'll look like me!

I was very excited to try this after sampling it at Orange Theory. I think they said whatever they had to to get me signed up because once I did, what I was promised did not pan out. FYI, they auto-renew you even if you signed up to try it for a week. This was never mentioned to me on the three occasions I spoke with them. I did however receive an email with it after they responded to a complaint. I think it's inexpensive for a reason. I would prefer to pay a little more and get better service. I was told that the nutrition information gets figured out AFTER the chefs make the food. That doesn't make sense. These important details need to be planned out first. Once it's made, you can't control calories. Totally disappointed. Truth be told, it is much easier to monitor my nutrition with store bought food which comes labelled.
